SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Tecsun Radios Australia offers a range of shipping options via Australia Post and DHL that are determined by your delivery address. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.

All orders received with a delivery address within Australia and its territories are considered domestic deliveries and will be shipped directly through Australia Post. The progress of most Australia Post domestic deliveries can be tracked via a tracking number and the Australia Post tracking website site. Each individual shipment tracking number will be emailed to the recipient by Tecsun Radios Australia upon the order being processed.

Tecsun Radios Australia is pleased to offer Australian customers the option of Regular Post Delivery or Express Post Delivery on all domestic orders. The delivery times are clearly stated at the time of ordering and Tecsun Radios Australia accepts no liability for the accuracy of Australia Post stated delivery times.

All orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday (except Australian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

During peak Christmas times, deliveries may take longer. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay that Tecsun Radios Australia takes no responsibility for.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Tecsun Radios Australia can accept special delivery requirements for both domestic and international customers, arrangements for these should be made by email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders received with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories will be considered international and will be shipped via Australia Posts international partner network. A variety of international delivery options are provided, most of which provide a level of tracking to timely delivery of orders. All international orders will not attract the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% .

New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand for an amount more than of NZ$400 including shipping charges may incur GST, customs charges and duties. You should refer to the New Zealand Customs Service’s What’s My Duty? Estimator to calculate charges that may be due. It should be noted that separate orders placed on the same day may be subject to New Zealand GST, charges and duties.

These charges will be charged by the New Zealand Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the New Zealand Customs Service. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Tecsun Radios Australia will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them.

Please be aware that your order may incur customs charges and duties on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Tecsun Radios Australia will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them. We cannot supply full customs documentation, but all parcels from Tecsun Radios Australia will include required customs dockets. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay that Tecsun Radios Australia takes no responsibility for.
