Shipping and Deliveries
Tecsun Radios Australia exclusively uses Australia Post or Australia Post affiliates for the delivery of products sold through the Tecsun Radios Australia website. All orders received with a deliver address within Australia and its territories are considered domestic deliveries and will be shipped directly through Australia Post. The progress of most Australia Post domestic deliveries can be tracked via a tracking number and the Australia Post tracking website site. Each individual shipment tracking number will be emailed to the recipient by Tecsun Radios Australia upon the order being processed. All orders received before 3pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, except NSW public holidays) will be processed the same day, order received out of this time will be post by close of business the next business day.
Tecsun Radios Australia is pleased to offer customers the option of Regular Post Delivery or Express Post Delivery on all domestic orders. The delivery times are clearly stated at the time of ordering and Tecsun Radios Australia accepts no liability for the accuracy of Australia Post stated delivery times.
All orders received with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories will be considered international and will be shipped via Australia Posts international partner network. A variety of international delivery options are provided, most of which provide a level of tracking to timely delivery of orders. All international order don’t attract the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% and the Tecsun Radios Australia website will automatically remove the GST price component based upon your IP address.
All international orders will be dispatched within two business days of the order being received, if available the tracking information will be emailed to you by a Tecsun Radios Australia representative.
Tecsun Radios Australia can accept special delivery requirements for both domestic and international customers, arrangements for these should be made by email.
