SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Tecsun Radios Australia offers a range of shipping options via Australia Post and DHL that are determined by your delivery address. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.

All orders received with a delivery address within Australia and its territories are considered domestic deliveries and will be shipped directly through Australia Post. The progress of most Australia Post domestic deliveries can be tracked via a tracking number and the Australia Post tracking website site. Each individual shipment tracking number will be emailed to the recipient by Tecsun Radios Australia upon the order being processed.

Tecsun Radios Australia is pleased to offer Australian customers the option of Regular Post Delivery or Express Post Delivery on all domestic orders. The delivery times are clearly stated at the time of ordering and Tecsun Radios Australia accepts no liability for the accuracy of Australia Post stated delivery times.

All Express Post orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday (except Australian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Regular Post orders received after 2pm will processed the same day but may not be dispatched until the next business day.  See COVID-19 Update below.

During peak Christmas times, deliveries may take longer. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay for which Tecsun Radios Australia can take no responsibility.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Tecsun Radios Australia can accept special delivery requirements for both domestic and international customers, arrangements for these should be made by email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders received with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories will be considered international and will be shipped via Australia Posts international partner network.  All international orders will not attract the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.

New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand for an amount more than of NZ$400 including shipping charges may incur GST, customs charges and duties. You should refer to the New Zealand Customs Service’s What’s My Duty? Estimator to calculate charges that may be due. It should be noted that separate orders placed on the same day may be subject to New Zealand GST, charges and duties.

These charges will be charged by the New Zealand Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the New Zealand Customs Service. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Tecsun Radios Australia will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them.

If an order is placed please allow at least 2-6 weeks for delivery. Please be aware that shipping restrictions apply for selected items where we are unable to provide the delivery service requirements. International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Tecsun Radios Australia will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them.

Important : All of our products are certified and tested to meet Australian standards and guidelines. The voltage in Australia is 240V AC, 50Hz while the USA is standardly 100V, 60Hz. The products that are sold and information rendered to you is on the understanding that you have sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the products for the purposes for which you intend to use them. Tecsun Radios Australia takes no responsibility for change of mind.

COVID-19 Update: Australia Post have advised that they may be unable to fulfill the next day delivery guarantee advertised when using Express Post. Express Post parcels will still be handled with priority over regular mail. If your requirement is more urgent, please call us as we may be able to arrange special airfreight delivery.
